What does Signature Compliance do?
We are a regulatory compliance and formulation consultancy for supplement, nutraceutical and functional food brands. We take products to market in Australia, the United States and the UAE: classifying them, checking formulas and claims, preparing labels and registrations, and connecting brands with vetted manufacturers.
Which markets do you cover?
Australia (TGA and FSANZ), the United States (FDA, DSHEA and FTC) and the United Arab Emirates. Most clients sell in at least two of these markets, and we plan the work so later markets reuse what earlier ones paid for.
Can I combine several services?
Yes. Most scopes combine two to four services, such as formulation, Australian registration and a US label. Add the services you need to your scope and we reply with one fixed-fee proposal.

Every scope is quoted as a fixed fee, in writing, before work begins. We reply to enquiries within two business days.
